Before you book
Sessions are general food education only. We confirm scope, duration, fee (if any), and cancellation rules in writing before payment. We do not provide emergency support—call 111 in an emergency.
What helps us reply well
Tell us where you live in NZ, how many people you cook for, and any foods you skip for culture, religion, or taste. You do not need to send medical files—if you see a doctor or dietitian already, just mention that so we keep our tips general.
We can talk about what is in your pantry, a rough week of meals, or signing up for an event. Video calls work anywhere in New Zealand.
